01. Acceptance of System Parameters

By accessing the Four Alpha AED Lab architecture (the "System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the parameters outlined herein, you must immediately terminate your connection and return to baseline status. These terms govern all interaction zones, including Dialogue modules, Toolkit resources, and Certification pathways.

02. Scope of Service

Four Alpha AED Lab provides a framework for decoding human potential through the Four Alpha Model (α₁, α₂, α₃, α₄). Our services include:

• Interactive Dialogue interfaces fueled by proprietary logic engines.
• Methodological toolkits (DMAIC for Life, CAPA/RCA).
• Educational trajectories and Belt-level certifications.
• Systemic analysis of Gross vs. Subtle dynamics.

03. Intellectual Property & Data Rights

The "Four Alpha Model", including all related terminology (N*, FTOPs, Alpha Toolkit), is the exclusive intellectual property of Four Alpha AED Lab. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these models for personal development only. Commercial reproduction, redistribution, or derivation of the System's core logic is strictly prohibited without explicit authorization.

04. AI & Dialogue Protocol

Interactions within the Dialogue module may be processed by advanced computational models. Users are prohibited from attempting to "jailbreak", reverse-engineer, or inject malicious code into the System's neural interfaces. Data generated during these sessions is handled according to our Privacy Protocol.

05. User Responsibility & Integrity

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their access credentials. Any attempt to disrupt System equilibrium, bypass security nodes, or broadcast unauthorized data will result in immediate termination of the user's trajectory within the Four Alpha ecosystem. 06. Disclaimers

The System is provided "as is" and "as available". While we architect for optimal trajectory, Four Alpha AED Lab makes no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy or outcome of the applied methodologies. The mathematics of life involves variables outside of System control.
